2. Register a UK Company with Omega: Don’t have a registered business in the UK, but want to establish one? Select this option. Business Account and Accounting are included!

Step 3: Provide the Required Information

What information is required for company registration?

Now that you have picked the perfect name, it is time to register your UK company. Here is what you can expect.

Your Personal Details

First, we will need some basic information about you:

  1. Full legal name.
  2. Phone number.
  3. Residential address.
  4. Country of residence.

Identity Documents

You will need to provide one of the following for yourself and all beneficial owners to verify identity:

  • Passport.
  • ID card.
  • Driving licence.
  • Residence permit.

Proof of Address

Next, we will need to confirm where you live:

  • A personal bank statement from the last three months, showing transactions over at least 30 days.
  • Utility bill or council tax bill dated within the last three months.

Note: We can not accept mobile phone bills, medical bills, receipts, or insurance statements as proof of address.

Company Details

Tell us about your business:

  1. Description of your business activities.
  2. All trading names.

Directors and Beneficial Owners Information

For each director and beneficial owner, please provide:

  1. Full legal name.
  2. Date of birth.
  3. Email address.
  4. Country of residence.
  5. Residential address.
  6. Nationality and Tax Identification Number (if applicable).
  7. Tax residency country.

Please note, that we will ask for your picture during the liveness verification.

Signing the Application

Select a director to sign the application on behalf of your company. If that is you, you can sign the application.

Sometimes, we will request some extra documents during the onboarding process, but for the most part, this is all the information we need. We will handle the rest.
